探析家庭正向激励机制对激发学生内生成长动力的赋能作用

正向激励是高效科学的家庭教育方式，相比于批评打压、指责否定，真诚的鼓励与认可能够激发孩子内生动力、增强自信、主动进步。科学的正向激励机制，能够持续赋能孩子成长，让孩子保持积极进取的心态，不断突破自我、稳步提升。
