浅谈家庭劳动教育缺失的危害及常态化劳动育人的实施策略

德智体美劳全面发展是新时代教育的基本要求，劳动教育是家庭教育的薄弱环节。很多家长重智育、轻劳动，为了让孩子专注学习，全权包办所有生活事务，不让孩子参与任何家务劳动。长期缺乏劳动锻炼，会导致孩子自理能力缺失、惰性严重、不懂珍惜、缺乏责任担当，不利于全面发展。
长期脱离劳动的孩子，普遍存在生活自理差、意志力薄弱、感恩意识淡薄等问题。习惯享受家人付出、认为一切理所当然，缺乏吃苦耐劳的品质，遇到困难容易退缩逃避。这类孩子即便成绩优异，也存在人格短板，缺乏独立生存能力与责任担当精神，难以适应未来社会的竞争与挑战。
家长需高度重视家庭劳动教育，将劳动实践融入日常生活。根据孩子年龄大小，分层布置力所能及的家务劳动，如整理房间、收纳物品、清洁卫生、分担家务等。杜绝全权包办，鼓励孩子独立自理、主动担当，让孩子在劳动中体会艰辛、懂得珍惜、学会感恩。常态化劳动育人能够锤炼孩子意志、培育责任担当，助力孩子全面均衡发展。
