探析挫折教育在家庭教育中的合理运用及对孩子心理韧性的提升作用

当下青少年成长环境优越，多数孩子在过度呵护、全程庇护的温室环境中长大，缺乏直面困难、承受失败的历练，普遍存在心理脆弱、抗压能力弱、玻璃心等问题。面对考试失利、人际矛盾、生活挫折，容易消极崩溃、自我否定、逃避退缩，严重影响身心健康与长远发展。
