不焦虑不内耗从容育儿，接纳孩子平凡也接纳不完美的自己

在育儿内卷的时代，很多宝妈深陷焦虑漩涡，总怕孩子输在起跑线，跟风报课、攀比成绩、纠结细节，在日复一日的内耗中身心俱疲。我们总在严苛要求孩子优秀，却忘了接纳孩子的平凡，更忘了包容那个不够完美的自己。其实最好的育儿，是松弛有度，是双向接纳、共同成长。
每个孩子都是独一无二的个体，不必按照统一的标准长大。有的孩子活泼开朗，有的孩子安静内敛，有的孩子擅长表达，有的孩子默默努力。不是所有孩子都要成绩优异、多才多艺，平安健康、善良阳光、三观端正，就是孩子最好的模样。过度攀比、过度施压，只会消耗孩子的天性，也透支自己的情绪。
育儿先育己，育人先育心。作为宝妈，我们要学会放下执念，接纳孩子的优缺点，允许孩子慢慢成长、慢慢蜕变。同时也要放过自己，不必事事做到极致，不必时时刻刻尽职尽责，偶尔疲惫、偶尔偷懒、偶尔情绪低落，都是正常状态。从容育儿，温柔生活，在陪伴中治愈自己，在成长中静待花开，便是育儿最好的状态。
