公共交通服务提质增效优化出行环境持续提升市民出行幸福感

为进一步优化城市出行环境、缓解交通压力、便利市民出行，各地持续推进公交、地铁、城乡公交等公共交通服务提质增效工作，通过优化线路布局、加密运营班次、完善站点设施、提升服务质量、推广智慧出行等举措，全方位提升公共交通服务品质。
以往部分公交线路覆盖不足、班次稀疏、换乘不便、站点设施简陋，早晚高峰运力不足、拥堵延时问题突出，市民公共交通出行体验不佳。随着城市人口增多、出行需求增加，原有公共交通体系难以适配市民高效、便捷、舒适的出行需求，亟需优化升级。
各地交通部门精准摸排市民出行需求，科学优化公交线路、加密高峰班次、延伸城乡线路，完善候车亭、座椅、遮阳防雨设施、智能站牌等配套。同时推广扫码乘车、实时查询、智能调度等智慧服务，提升出行便捷度。公共交通服务持续优化，有效缓解城市拥堵、减少私家车出行、降低碳排放，为市民提供安全、便捷、绿色、舒适的出行服务。
