家庭教育适配学生青春期心理特点的精准育人调整策略研究

青春期是青少年心理、生理、认知快速蜕变的特殊阶段，情绪敏感、自我意识强、渴望独立、自尊心强，心理状态极具特殊性。很多家长沿用童年时期的管教方式对待青春期孩子，忽视孩子的心理变化，教育方式与孩子成长需求错位，导致家庭教育失效、亲子矛盾频发。
