吉隆灾区严密开展地质隐患排查 全天候监测严防次生滑坡泥石流险情

随着搜救与抢修工作持续推进，西藏吉隆灾区同步启动全域地质隐患排查整治行动，紧盯雨后松软山体、悬空边坡、河道沟谷、堰塞湖等高危点位，全天候监测预警，坚决防范次生地质灾害。本次灾害导致区域山体结构破碎、土质松散，加之高原昼夜融冻影响，边坡稳定性极差，滚石、滑坡、二次泥石流风险持续偏高，给救援和安置工作带来极大隐患。当地紧急抽调自然资源、地质勘察专业力量80余人，组建专项排查监测队伍，分片包干开展拉网式隐患排查，建立动态风险台账，实行闭环管控。针对重点区域设置专业观测哨，24小时实时监测山体位移、河道水位、堰塞湖变化，一旦出现险情即刻预警、紧急处置。对排查出的松动危石、悬空边坡及时清理、加固围挡，对危险区域全面封闭、设立警示标识，严禁人员车辆靠近。同时，同步更新应急避险预案，明确转移路线与安置点位，全方位筑牢次生灾害防护网，保障救援人员和受灾群众生命安全。
