探析家庭教育中责任意识培育方法及对孩子未来成才的意义

责任担当是孩子立足社会、成就未来的核心素养，是家庭教育立德树人的核心目标。有责任感的孩子对学习负责、对生活负责、对他人负责，做事踏实、敢于认错、勇于担当；缺乏责任意识的孩子遇事推诿、逃避过错、敷衍懈怠、自私自利，难以成就长远发展。
当下很多孩子责任意识薄弱，犯错习惯性找借口、推卸责任、不愿承担后果。主要原因是家长过度包庇、过度包办，孩子犯错后家长主动兜底、帮忙解决，不让孩子承担任何责任。长期的包庇纵容，让孩子缺乏担当意识，养成逃避推诿、不负责任的不良习性。
培育孩子责任意识，家长需适度放手、敢于放权、不包庇过错。明确孩子的责任范围，学习、生活中的个人事务自主完成、自主负责；孩子犯错后，引导孩子正视错误、承担后果、主动改正；通过家务劳动、班级事务、家庭分工，培养孩子担当精神。长期培育能够让孩子养成踏实负责、勇于担当的优良品质，为未来成才奠基。（502字）
