家校共育视角下家庭教育协同不足的问题与高效联动机制构建

家校共育是新时代教育发展的核心模式，学校教育与家庭教育相辅相成、缺一不可。但当前很多家庭存在家校协同意识薄弱的问题，部分家长将教育责任完全推给学校，被动配合、消极应对，缺乏主动沟通、协同育人的意识，导致家校教育脱节、育人理念冲突、教育效果大打折扣。
家校协同不足存在诸多弊端，学校侧重知识教学与集体管理，家庭忽视品德巩固、习惯养成、课后监管，出现学校教育、家庭抵消的问题；家校沟通不畅，家长不了解孩子在校状态，老师不掌握孩子居家情况，无法精准开展针对性教育；育人理念不一致，学校倡导素质教育，家庭坚持功利化应试教育，导致孩子认知混乱、无所适从。
构建高效家校共育机制，需要家长树立主动协同的育人意识，积极配合学校各项教育工作，主动对接班主任与任课老师，及时了解孩子在校表现。同步学校育人理念，保持家校教育标准统一、方向一致，巩固学校教育成果。积极参与家校活动、家长会、家庭教育指导，主动学习科学育人方法，与学校携手形成育人合力，助力孩子全方位成长。
