功利化家庭教育的现实弊端与回归立德树人初心的教育转型研究

当前社会教育内卷加剧，多数家庭陷入功利化育儿误区，将考试分数、升学成绩作为家庭教育的唯一目标，忽视立德树人的根本任务。功利化家庭教育过度聚焦学业成绩，片面追求名校、高分、排名，忽视孩子品德修养、心理健康、兴趣特长、综合素质的培育，违背青少年成长规律与教育本质。
功利化家庭教育存在诸多严重弊端，长期高压的学业施压让孩子丧失学习兴趣，陷入被动刷题、机械学习的内耗状态，滋生厌学、叛逆、焦虑等问题；过度重视成绩忽视品德教育，导致部分孩子成绩优异但品行缺失，自私冷漠、不懂感恩、缺乏责任担当；单一的评价体系压抑孩子个性发展，扼杀孩子的兴趣天赋与创新能力，不利于长远发展。
家庭教育亟需回归立德树人初心，家长主动摒弃唯分数、唯升学的功利化思维，树立全面育人、素养为先的教育理念。平衡学业提升与品德培育、身心成长、个性发展的关系，重视孩子三观塑造、品德修养、习惯养成。尊重孩子的成长节奏与个性差异，因材施教、多元培育，减少盲目内卷与过度施压。以温润、全面、科学的家庭教育，培育德智体美劳全面发展的新时代青少年。
