甘肃南部秋雨持续发力 舟曲陇南等重点区域泥石流险情反复出现

九月华西秋雨持续影响甘肃南部陇南、甘南等区域，该区域地质环境脆弱、山体破碎、沟壑密集，历来是全国泥石流灾害重点防控区域，本轮持续降雨导致多地险情反复出现，防灾压力巨大。长期雨水渗透导致山体土体饱和松动，多处沟谷具备泥石流启动条件，部分乡镇出现小型泥石流、边坡垮塌、河道淤堵等灾情，对山区村落、道路、农田造成不同程度损毁。当地吸取历年地质灾害防控经验，提前进入临战状态，全面升级防控举措，对全域地质灾害隐患点实行台账化、闭环式管理。专业监测队伍全天候监测山体位移、河道水位、雨情变化，精准预判风险走势，提前发布预警提示。乡镇村组提前完善群众转移预案，明确责任人员、转移路线和安置点位，对高危区域群众实行提前转移、主动避险。同时，预置大型机械与抢险物资，快速处置突发塌方、淤堵险情，持续开展隐患排查整治，坚决守住不发生重特大地质灾害的安全底线。
